DIY Gold Tropical Leaf Art

I know your summer adventures might be winding down, but there’s no reason to stop the summer vibes! I wanted a little bit of summer to keep around all year, so this DIY gold tropical leaf art seemed like just the thing. You know I love projects that are easy to customize, and this one fits the bill perfectly. You can choose your paper color, the size of your print, and even the style of your leaf so that it fits your home perfectly. I’m loving monstera leaves these days (and they’re really easy to draw!) so that’s what we went with. I love how it adds a fun tropical vibe to our studio!
Chances are if you’ve been around these parts for a while and tried any of our gold leaf projects, you already have everything you need! If you need gold leaf and gold leaf adhesive, you can grab them right here. And to get the full tutorial for this simple little project, you can check out the instructions here. Have fun! xoxo

Such a great idea, Chelsea! Love the way it turned out. Would you mind sharing where you got that gold frame from?
Hi Abby! It’s actually a cheap old frame that I covered with vinyl (it used to be black). You can find the tutorial here:https://lovelyindeed.com/update-picture-frames-bucks/
Awesome! I’ve been looking for something like it and I love the way it looks. Thanks Chelsea! 🙂
